Real estate planning refers to the process of arranging the disposal of real estate including real estate and real estate after death. Clearly, real estate planning can get rid of doubts and obstacles about managing real estate.
In Cyprus Republic, all matters concerning real estate planning are regulated by the following laws.
· Guilty and Inheritance Act (Cap 195).

procedure:
Section 4 of the cap. 192, Before the court seals the will or administrative document based on this Act, It:
a) The obligation of the public prosecutor is paid for so many, if any, of real estate that is responsible for real estate obligations in the republic.
b) In the case of administrative letters it is sufficient to protect property of the Republic of the Republic referred to by the administrative letter.
In addition, paragraph 4 stipulates that if there is evidence that the court finds that it matches the location of the deceased person, it can be requested.
According to paragraph 5, the court, when judging it necessary, gives appropriate credits to payment of obligations to be paid from real estate to creditors staying in the republic in the application of creditors.
An application for sealing the will of a testator or executioner can be submitted to the president of the law school or the district court who owned the body when the deceased died.
The application can be done by an executive or an administrator or its attorneys and is authorized to re-seal the grant based on the cap's provision. 192.
In addition, the application form must be a subpoena and the following should be attached.
· The execution suspension letter sealed by the seal of the court or the execution deferred certificate, or the transcript approved by the authority of the court has been approved by the court.
· Declaration of the designated form of executor, administrator or lawyer.
· In case of lawyer's application, lawyer's authority
- A bond protecting the property of a prohibited person in the Republic if an administrator or his / her agent applies for sealing the control document.
