RE: Acct #
Dear (the one you talked about)
As I explained during the telephone conversation, the account you reported to my credit report belongs to my ex-husband. It is possible that the reported information was entered incorrectly.
I have never used this account and have not signed a document that agrees to use or guarantee this account. Information affects my credibility and I would like to remove this information from the credit report under a fair credit reporting law.
In addition, I would like to have a mention to this account in my record that I reported to all the other institutions you deleted.
I may have been a user authorized under this account, but as far as I was told I have never signed a contract or contract, I am responsible for the borrowed debt and even taking responsibility It is not shown.
If there is no evidence or evidence of my signature on this debt, you have two choices. (1) You can delete this from my credit. (2) Explain the ruling of third parties and explain why they chose violations of fair credit reporting law.
Thank you for pointing out.
Best regards,
Jane Johnson
