Plan your last big event - death

- 22.48

Recently I met a man who died suddenly at the IL where my father was raised. He returned from California to California. The man who shared his father suddenly became sick. Several days after entering the hospital, they called him and told him to arrive there at once. When his arrival the father exhaled four times. I am from this father 's experience with this man' s shock and paralysis. I do not say that his parents were stable, but he was overwhelmed with the possibility of having to finally solve his father's work through sorrow and home.

Lawrence R Samuel's doctoral dissertation Dr. Samuel says: "Over the past century, death and sex fought to become the first extinct in the United States; these two topics, our shame and embarrassment are those that apply to all things I think most of the forbidden business sex will agree; the former is firmly embraced by this country as a major source of anxiety, discomfort, anxiety.

I am confused by our culture ashamed of the subject of death. We will celebrate the birth and plan. When you are planning a baby, you become the best doctor possible, read books on pregnancy, plan your baby's arrival and prepare your nursery. Is it reasonable to plan in a similar way for death?

Both occur organic, but in terms of planning and education, you and your family can go far more smoothly than planning and care is not available.

There are some fundamentals to consider.

1. Gain intention or trust

2. Establish lawyer's authority and lawyer's authority (see my previous article on this matter)

3. Create a will to live, a health command, or "five wishes"

4. Review preliminary plans for funeral, memorial, or celebration

5. Tell your plan to your family or designated trustee

Even discreet people need trust and will. Trusts and wills communicate your desires and legally indicate how your property will be allocated at your death. Depending on your state law, trusts can save 3 to 10% of prosecution courts and attorney fees.

Will: A statement that names someone to manage your real estate and a way to distribute your real estate until death. You must sign, date and testify.

Holographic Will: It is made entirely by your own hand.

Trust: It is a legal means that an asset is held by a party for the benefit of another asset. Any kind of property may be held in a trust. Trusts may bring benefits of real estate planning, asset protection and taxation. It is important to study your state examination & real estate planning law and see if there is a trust or intention that matches your circumstances.

Undecanable trust: After placing a property on an irrevocable trust, you can not get its properties. For all purposes and purposes, its properties now belong to trust.

A revocable trust: Your property will be put in a trust. You can restore the transfer by deleting the property and terminating the trust.

power of attorney: Grant the appointed person private, business and legal authority for you. You can draw how much your appointee has, and in what situations they have the right to act for you. (See article on power of attorney)

Healthcare directive, living will, or five Wishes s:

A tremendous amount of money is spent on life care for life in the United States. Sufficient of these resources are not specified at the end of the life plan.

Healthcare directives or living wills are legal documents that specify what actions should be taken if they are no longer able to make their decisions due to illness or incapacity.

An alternative to health care directives and living Will is The Five Wishes.

Five wishes Tell your family and doctor:

  • Someone who wishes to make health care decisions for you when you can not make them.
  • The type of treatment you desire or do not want.
  • How comfortable do you want to be?
  • How you want people to treat you.
  • What you want a loved one to know.

"Five wishes At the end of my life America is talking and changing the way to plan care. Copy more than 23 million Five wishes It circulates nationwide, and more than 40,000 organizations are circulating. All 50 will help. Complete online and print at $ 5.

Most people want to leave assets in their families. And avoid large funds to inspect lawyers and courts. In addition, they want to keep family peace. Create a real estate plan and tell the plan to those who agree to handle your work.

Please consider considering legal counseling.
