1. Utility model (covering new and useful inventions such as mechanical equipment, electronic equipment, medical equipment, biotechnology, gadget, manufacturing process, etc.)
2. Design patents (covering new decorative designs of products (decorative items) such as containers, furniture, toys, household items).
Patents of plants (covering new varieties of plants such as flowering plants, vegetables, fruit trees).
