10 places for quiet reflections for busy experts

- 17.25

More and more, we are busy with our lives and are working at a busy pace. It is difficult to find a quiet and meditative way and time. I know that consciously we need to cut some time in my day for reflections and rest. When I do that, I must resist the guilt communicating to me that I should be doing something more productive. My most successful places for a quiet concept are the following:

1. Beach - I am a sea boyfriend. The sound of the waves comes out and the sea turtle calls each other to make me feel calm and generous. Sitting in the sea is one way to quiet yourself.

2. Garden - I love planting things and growing. Touching the earth and planting seed is my cure. Perhaps the metaphor of growth and renewal may be active here, but I can not think of a better place!

3. Train and plane trip - I worked in New York City and a house outside of Boston for many years so I changed to train from New York to Boston every week. The train will follow the coast from Connecticut to Rhode Island. While seeing the ocean view, there is nothing fascinated by me. When traveling by airplane in a different way, my life will look as a whole. The plane made me feel strategic, sitting quietly there, I became very creative about my practice and my life.

4. Lonely breakfast - I am a morning person, it seems to be an early time before someone else stood up. As a new mother I learned this quickly. I did not have time for myself. I found that the first cry from the baby gets 30 minutes before I can catch some meditative quiet time.

5. Meditation place - Do you have a spot near your favorite office? It may be in a park or a place with a lake. Perhaps you can have a spot or create a spot in your home that will help quiet reflection? In that place 20 minutes can give a whole new perspective!

6. Walking - The rhythm of the pace they set is enough to get them in a reflexive mood. For others, the beautiful environment will give you that peaceful feeling. Even if you need a national highway or a gentle pace, you can create a quiet space by walking and reflect it.

7. Listen to music - For me, it is necessary to quiet the music with a gentle tempo useful for reflection. I love the songs of the show, but I can not hear that "you can not stop the beat from hairspray" without taping your toes and singing. Chopin's piano music is good for me. What will work for you?

8. Sitting under the stars - Many of us work at the sunset in the past, so this could happen on the "day" of work. Looking at the stars and the moon I will put me in a different world and help to put my eyes on my work and my life. Please do not go outside to go where you go, please stop looking at 1 or 2 minutes.

9. Shower or bathtub - this is a private place (unless there is a child) where no one can go to you. You can relax just with water. It will take a few minutes to close your mind and relax in the bath or shower.

10. Journaling - By writing quietly every few minutes for a few minutes, you are spectacular. There are all sorts of ways to care about the list of conscious writing, diary writing, or the wonderful things that happened during your day, and thank you. Try all sorts of sentences that can keep you away from your "thought" thinking and make it extensive and idealistic.
