Clients and legal assistants often build strong and friendly relationships during the course of the incident. The assistant will go back and forth between the client and the lawyer and will obtain and give information on the cases of both. Although it exists to make it run smoothly on both clients and lawyers, discussing directly with clients sometimes sticks for us. You can not provide legal advice to you. That is actually a crime that we can personally bear. So, in general, we will hand you to a lawyer when you step on those waters.
However, rather than talking to a lawyer, I immediately find out that I do not have any difficulty talking to a lawyer and, as a result, I will do my best to avoid unnecessary interactions with lawyers. Some clients are going to refuse to be handed over to the agent, but instead we claim that it is okay if we answer the question. The Assistant states that he understands that the Legal Advisor will do most of the work. This comment is sometimes true, but what they can not understand is that the assistant will receive the supervision of the attorney and complete the work. Ultimately, the lawyer 's work is entrusted to the lawyer' s name, and if you think something is inappropriate, it will come to the head of a lawyer.
Furthermore, in order to make the sea area muddy, it is appropriate that the lawyer consults with the assistant and directly communicates advice and opinions of the attorney to the lawyer. Under such circumstances, lawyers give advice directly to customers, and in fact they do not enforce the law without a license.
Most of us strive to do our best, we appreciate it when we understand and respect the limits of our role. Not too many things make the legal assistant worse than severely rude. So, next time I consider considering lawyers' lawyers criminal, I think we can save a few dollars. I strongly urge you to think twice.
