History of jury's referee's rights

The right to the jury is one of the most common rights below. It is a normal part like the cloth of our society, which is the foundation of our democracy. As written in the Rights Bill, the jury trial right is the right to retain property, life, and freedom without having to decide another group using common sense and data provided by lawyers. This right is extremely powerful and the action is important and extremely serious, as US citizens must be obliged to jury duties.

In many cases, you may see the news the jury orally told the major case that made the heading of the country. The movie is made for the jury only. For example, 12 Angry Men movies focus on jury divorce. You can also see the toilet drawn on the TV program. But how did the jury's notice and the jurisdiction's right of trial become an indelible piece like the American way?

According to the American Bar, "The American jury system has origins in the Middle Ages of England" This publication moves to the state. "King Anglo-Saxon who dominated the British during the 6th and 11th centuries and Normans who conquered Britain in 1066 used various legal proceedings to provide a possible model for the jury" by the jury It seems that you can understand that the root of jurisdiction originally originated from the American colony. As certain religions continue to colonize, it considers the right of trial by the jury as well.

However King King Henry was the real innovator of the second generation in England. He invented a system to help land disputes. He enacted a policy that 12 free and legal men had pledged. These men state those who were true owners or heirs of property in question. This is the foundation of the modern jury. The only difference is that King Henry's jury had to go through trials knowing what happened, as opposed to today's lawyers being informed of the facts by lawyers. Henry introduced the presentation's jury idea which can finally hear the fact. This is what we know now today.

England's penalty was severe. According to the record, most punishments were death penalty. This is where the jury is influential. They were regarded as guardians of innocent people. The jury punishes a serious detective with the death penalty, but other criminals have been flogged or branded, which is a much lighter penalty.

Over the next century the judges' roles changed. It came out from the need to present facts and present facts. At these times, the jury can bring personal prejudices and beliefs into deliberation. It was British American colonial period that the jury started to play a greater role. The British had a law stating that any trade made in the colony had to use the British ship. When the law collapsed, the jury of the colony did not punish the accused by thinking that the law is not legitimate. Therefore, the British began making special courts that did not use the jury. This will be a big charge in the case of the American Revolution. In the Declaration of Independence, one of the lawsuits does not allow many cases to be heard.

After the revolution, the battle across the bridge remained tired. In establishing the Constitution, the criminal trial guaranteed the right of trial by the jury. However, there was no mention of the right of trial for civil lawsuits. Some would argue that such a right should be added to the Constitution. They were known as anti-Federist. The Constitution was always appreciated by the state's request that citizens receive the right of trial in civil criminal cases. This was guaranteed with the sixth and the seventh amendment of the Constitution.

Until the 1970s when women were given the right to enter the trial, there was never any idea that equal juries would be realized. Until then, blacks were excluded from juries targeting all white men for the first time. Blacks were sometimes proved to be approved by the jury without restrictions or suitable for serving during the civil rights movement.

The jury we know today was formed through innovation as a way to solve the conflict, colonization, revolution, and civil rights movement. In such a long historical history, next time I will be asked to fulfill my duty as a jury. I am proud to be part of a continuing history and heritage that allows you to process people who may die without penalties.
