One of my previous readers commented, "I do not know everything, but I know what I know." Since my approval that lawyers do not know everything related to the law, To do I know everything.
Legal assistant is the details of legal profession. Realize the vision of the lawyer of the solution to client problems. We are done.
Many lawyers only make legal advice to the client, understand that part in the process, such as proxy for clients in the courtroom or creating documents to best describe clients. However, we do not always understand the details of the process, including the proper formatting / publication of the document, the most efficient documentation to accommodate client needs.
Behind this equation, the client may misunderstand the role of the legal professional. Clients often think of us as obstacles by questioning our knowledge and method by questioning us. We are eager to think about your affair and I want to make you want to do it. However, as a simple straight line from A to B, actually, we need a detour that goes through A (1), A (2), A (3) and so on.
You delegated the best ability to your lawyer to a lawyer representing you. Lawyers are entrusting lawyers they hired to help them achieve their ultimate goals. The legal assistant constantly polishes the deficit cutting technique and individual methods may vary from office to office, but in most cases, we all know what we are doing.
