I can use my driveway next to me.

This is a general situation. Private area is a legal right to use another land for a specific purpose. It is not uncommon for the property owner in the inland that can not access the road to secure the site to make it possible to communicate with the road. Your property may possess leasehold rights in the past few years or decades, and now we will repair the real estate included in the property.

You probably knew the area when you purchased the property. Your attorney or your property / casualty insurance company probably informed you about it. In many cases, there is a hold contract on the county secretary's office file. This agreement will address the issue of who should pay roadway repair costs. Unfortunately, because you are the owner of the land, there is no good way to force nearby residents to pay for resurfacing if such agreement is not established.

Hopefully you can do something with your neighbors if there is no consular management contract with the file. You should approached your neighbor in a friendly way, talk about the problem and suggest to divide the cost to save the driveway. You can present a goodwill effort to compromise and even propose to pay a little more than your equitable sharing to make your chances more likely for your neighbor to agree. If your neighbor refuses, there are several choices.

First, you can choose not to do anything. If you do not do anything, the roadway will obviously get worse. This could damage cars and basically there is the possibility that the neighbor negotiates with you and forces the driveway to make a reasonable contribution to the repair of the driveway. However, this will take time. Your neighbors are stubborn and can continue to refuse pitch for repair. This also means that you need to use a bad driveway. There is a possible alternative route and you can consider using it alone to use bad roads.

Another option is to hire a lawyer. The lawyer can write a letter to block access to the driveway unless the neighbor agrees with the donation. However, it is usually only a threat. A letter from a lawyer may help walk a long way to become frightened enough to pay part of the roadway, but they have to pay the roadway fee.

Finally, if you do not take friendly negotiations, actions, and if the letters do not do anything, you can opt to block the neighbor's access to the driveway. However, the possibility of having to go to the court is very high, if the territory owned by the neighbor is legal, the court will forcefully remove the roadway barriers. In order to go to the court, the neighbor needs to hire a lawyer, and the neighbor may notice the use of more money to repair the roadway rather than the actions of the court. The court may also know that the neighbor has a valid territory and that you unjustly refused to access the neighbor to your property. Therefore, you need to pay the neighboring legal fee.

It may be very dissatisfied with possessing property that is subject to the essentials. The area owner may be totally discreet about using the property in several ways. Unfortunately, as real estate enters real estate it is very difficult to get rid of it. You can own a warehouse to release it. It is illegal if you need a warehouse to gain access to the road. You can also file a lawsuit in court. The court can legally dismiss lawyers.
